HARApad Return Policy

We want ALL of our customers to be happy with their HARApad EMF protection products, and we work hard in our engineering and design to ensure that result.  If the products arrived damaged or incorrect in any way, we would cover all costs in getting you a correct and undamaged product.  However if you are simply not happy with your purchase you may return it within 30 days of receiving the product.

For a full refund of the product cost, it is the customers’ responsibility to return the products to us in “like-new” condition.  This means that if you’re uncertain whether or not you’ll keep it, please use it in its original protective wrapping to avoid scratches.

We do require customers to cover the return shipping costs, and again we ask that you package it extremely well for return shipping to avoid any shipping damage.  We also recommend that you insure the package for its full value in case it is damaged during shipping.  We strive to NOT be a wasteful company and this goes a long way in helping us achieve that.
